Got a chance to visit The Making of Harry Potter - Warner Bros Studio Tour at Watford, England. While enjoying the tour and immersing into the magical world of Harry Potter, I managed to test out some low light shots with Lumia 1020; trying to push the limit of its Pure View sensor.

The main entrance. It was very dark in the surrounding except some down lights on the building when this picture was taken. |
An outdoor section in the studio, the Privet Drive...the childhood home where Harry Potter lived with the Dursleys until he left for good. |
Welcome to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the actual model structure used for screening. The Pureview seems to be able to analyse the lights and colour accurately, even there were some different lighting on both sides. |
This is how Hogwarts look like in day time! - Yes, I waited for the whole day :P |
I cannot resist myself to take a close shot on Hogwarts in winter. Snows on Hogwarts only available during winter (limited time). So, if you plan to visit during summer, don't expect to see snow... |

Shopping time at the Diagon Alley. Here, you can find anything that are morbid enough that you won't feel like buying it. Well, at least you can still buy a wand from Ollivanders Shop. The evening condition managed to test the Lumia 1020 indoor low light shot, without any flash - using natural lights (not really). |
An absolutely low light section (only with a few spotlights) - still managed to capture some decent colours from the wand boxes (with names of the characters in Harry Potter). |
That's all for now. Will share more Pureview shots soon.
